1. Acceptance

By accessing service-elmpath.click or engaging Service Elm Path for documentation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Services described

Service Elm Path provides documentation and record-pack preparation for offline wallet holdings, including residency annexes, estate binders, and related archival services. We do not provide investment, tax, legal, or wallet recovery services.

3. No professional advice

Website content and draft binders are for informational purposes. They do not constitute financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Consult qualified professionals in your jurisdiction before filing or making financial decisions.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for accuracy of information you supply, for securing your private keys and seed material, and for approving draft documents before binding. You must not ask us to store or transcribe recoverable secrets.

5. Quotes, deposits, and payment

Fees are quoted in writing after intake. Deposits and balances are due per the quote. Pricing on the website is informational and not an offer to contract until a scope letter is signed.

6. Intellectual property

Draft PDFs are licensed for your personal filing use upon full payment. Our templates, index structures, and methodology footnotes remain our intellectual property. You may not resell our templates or represent them as your own commercial product.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of South Korea, Service Elm Path is not liable for filing outcomes, tax assessments, immigration decisions, or asset losses arising from your custody practices. Our liability for documented services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnity

You indemnify Service Elm Path against claims arising from inaccurate client-supplied data, unlawful filings, or misuse of bound materials.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Daejeon shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this site. Material changes apply to new engagements after the posting date.
