From intake to bound volume

Our documentation process is designed for holders who keep assets offline and need paper that third parties can audit.

1

Intake and scope letter

45-minute call or office visit. We confirm jurisdictions, device count, heirs, deadlines, and what you will never share (always seeds and keys). You receive a written scope letter within 48 hours.

2

Evidence collection

You send labels, watch-only screenshots, purchase receipts you wish to include, and custody diagrams. Secure upload or registered mail. We log receipt in your project file.

3

Draft assembly

Archivists build inventory sheets and annex pages. Jurisdiction editor aligns field labels. Valuation appendix cites agreed price sources and dates.

4

Client markup

PDF draft with line-numbered index. You return corrections in writing. We do not bind until you approve the approval page signature.

5

Binding and custody

Hardcover assembly, tab insertion, optional vault slot or courier to counsel. Emergency Access folio added if ordered.

Companion reference tool

Track draft versions and tab numbers between visits using our Offline Wallet Tracker companion—available separately on the Microsoft Store for your own device. Our binders remain the authoritative record for filings.
