2. Data we collect

Clients: name, email, phone, mailing addresses, jurisdiction details, device labels, watch-only files you upload, correspondence, payment records, and project notes.

We do not intentionally collect private keys, seed phrases, or exchange passwords.

3. Purposes

Providing documentation services, responding to inquiries, invoicing, custody logistics, legal compliance, and improving site security. Analytics, if enabled, helps us understand readership of field notes.

Contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a documentation practice, consent for non-essential cookies, and legal obligations where applicable.

5. Retention

Project files: seven years after completion unless you request earlier deletion and no legal hold applies. Contact form spam: 90 days. Server logs: 12 months. Cookie consent choice: until you clear browser storage.

6. Sharing

We share data with couriers, payment processors, and IT hosts under contract. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by Korean law or court order.

7. International transfers

Clients and visitors outside Korea may have data processed in Korea and on hosting infrastructure in other countries with appropriate safeguards where required.
