Service Elm Path is the official registered business name operating from Office 7, 65 Test-ro, Jung-gu, Daejeon 00000, South Korea.

Established 2018

Service Elm Path began in 2018 when our founder—a former corporate records manager who had relocated from Busan to Daejeon—started helping acquaintances document hardware wallet inventories for German residency applications. Word spread through relocation attorneys in Seoul and Tokyo. By 2020 we formalised the practice, hired two additional archivists, and standardised binder formats for Korea, Japan, and Singapore filings.

We remain a documentation studio, not a exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. Our growth has come from repeat estate-planning referrals rather than advertising.

Mission

Cold holdings deserve paper that courts, tax offices, and heirs can read. We translate device labels, watch-only balances, and custody arrangements into indexed binders that respect your security boundaries.

People

Kim Soo-jin — Lead archivist. Fifteen years in corporate records management before specialising in cross-border asset documentation.

Martin Okonkwo — Jurisdiction annex editor. Former paralegal focused on EU and UK relocation filings.

Yuna Hwang — Client intake and custody logistics. Coordinates secure mail and vault storage slots at our Daejeon office.

Working approach

We meet clients by video or in person at our Daejeon office. You retain all keys. We ask for labels, dates, and watch-only evidence you are comfortable sharing. Every page is draft-reviewed before binding. We keep project notes for seven years unless you request earlier deletion.
